The product is designed to help reduce the workload on the pancreas and increases nutritional absorption, so can be used to support conditions such as exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI), chronic pancreatitis, acid reflux, leaky gut, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, intestinal malabsorption, diarrhoea, steatorrhoea, and constipation.

This product comes in a pack containing 120 chicken flavoured tablets and is suitable for both small and large dogs of any breed. The tablets can be eaten whole but can also be broken or crushed into a powder, if necessary, and mixed with your dog's food.
The tablets are packaged in a specially designed letterbox friendly, durable plastic container, which means your package will always be delivered securely and not left outdoors or undelivered. As the supplement is in tablet form there is no measuring or mess which is associated with liquids and powders.

If your dog is taking some form of medication, such as antibiotics, steroids, or NSAIDs, anything which could potentially harm the beneficial bacteria in the product, the recommendation is that you take care extra consideration around the time when using the probiotic. The favoured approach is that you give your dog the probiotic either a couple of hours before or after the administration of any medication, as this will ensure it does not affect the potency of the bacteria present.
There is conflicting evidence on when probiotics, in general, should be given to your dog in relation to mealtimes. When feeding your dog, the pH of the stomach is at its lowest, as hydrochloric acid is released to help digest the food taken. Most of the advice given is therefore centred around using the probiotics before or between meals, or last thing on a night. If you do need to use food to hide the tablets, then they can be disguised in treats or as part of a light meal. The product is designed to be eaten whole but can be broken up or crushed into a powder if necessary.
At The Petcare Factory, we offer free delivery within the UK for most orders placed on our website. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, although orders with addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the UK Islands may experience slightly longer delivery times. Some items may require custom manufacturing, resulting in longer shipping times. We cannot control delays once orders are handed over to our carrier due to unforeseen external factors such as inclement weather.
If you prefer, we also offer a priority shipping option at a small cost. In most cases, the item will arrive the following day; however, this does depend on the delivery location and the time the order is placed. Sometimes, same-day delivery can be achieved when the order is placed early in the day.
We ship orders seven days a week, with a daily cut-off time of 6 pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 6 pm will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6 pm will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on UK public holidays—any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available shipping day.
