Welcome to The Petcare Factory, where our passion for improving the lives of animals and their families runs deep. As a team of pet owners and industry professionals, we understand the importance of providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

Our story began with the love and companionship of our two English Springer Spaniels, Indy and Arran. They were brother and sister and were integral to our lives for many years. We shared all of our adventures and experiences with them.

A Journey of Love and Loss

As time passed, Arran, who was always full of energy and vitality, began to develop several conditions that greatly impacted her quality of life. She was initially diagnosed with suspected Cushing's Disease, which affected her thirst, urination, energy levels and coat. This diagnosis was, however, uncertain as all the usual tests carried out were negative or inconclusive for the condition. Despite numerous visits to the vet, her situation remained uncertain, and she was eventually treated as though she had Cushing's Disease, which seemed to improve her general health and helped her maintain a degree of normality.

A Search for Solutions

Around a year later, Arran's mobility began to decline, and it eventually became clear that she had developed severe arthritis as a consequence of her active and joyful life. We tried various painkillers, but they were largely unsuitable for her due to the medication she was already taking for Cushing's Disease, and she was often sick when taking these. Ultimately, we eventually made the difficult decision to end her suffering, as we felt we had exhausted all options and had no other way to ease her pain. This experience profoundly impacted us, and we realised there must be more ways to help animals like Arran.

This realisation led us to become involved in the pet supplement industry, developing products that could genuinely make a difference in an animal's health and quality of life. We were determined to create high-quality, affordable products containing active ingredients to enhance animal's well-being and improve their quality of life.

Fast forward to 2017, and we knew it was time to fill the void left by Indy and Arran. Our house felt empty without them, and although they were irreplaceable, we knew we needed dogs in our lives again. That's when Mason and Willow came into our lives and brought love, joy, and companionship back into our home. We have been dedicated to providing them with the best care possible, and that's why we are committed to making a difference in the lives of all pets through our natural and high-quality supplements.
