A snuffle mat allows you to provide an enrichment activity designed to tap into your dog's desire and ability to use their most natural ability - their sense of smell. The action of sniffing out treats hidden within the strands of the snuffle mat is hugely satisfying and self-rewarding for your dog. Snuffle mats can tire out dogs as much as physical play, so they are ideal when time is limited when you are on long journeys or if your dog has some injury or condition which prevents them from normal walking activities. Best of all, the snuffle mat is extremely fun for your dog.
The product is made from robust soft felt material with a slip-resistant base and can be used both as a traditional mat or easily formed into a bowl shape by partly tightening the drawstrings.

At The Petcare Factory, we offer free delivery within the UK for most orders placed on our website. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days, although orders with addresses in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the UK Islands may experience slightly longer delivery times. Some items may require custom manufacturing, resulting in longer shipping times. We cannot control delays once orders are handed over to our carrier due to unforeseen external factors such as inclement weather.
If you prefer, we also offer a priority shipping option at a small cost. In most cases, the item will arrive the following day; however, this does depend on the delivery location and the time the order is placed. Sometimes, same-day delivery can be achieved when the order is placed early in the day.
We ship orders seven days a week, with a daily cut-off time of 6 pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 6 pm will generally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6 pm will be shipped the following day. Please note that we do not ship on UK public holidays—any orders placed during these times will be processed on the next available shipping day.
