Help with PDF files

The majority of the downloads on this website are saved as PDF documents. PDF stands for Portable Document Format and is a common internet file format. It is ideal for viewing on a PC, Mac, iPad or other device. It is also the most suitable format if you want to print a hard copy of the document or download it for viewing at a later date.

With most modern web browsers, these will usually have a PDF viewer built in, so clicking on a document link will allow it to be viewed online. To save a PDF to your computer, right-click your mouse over the PDF link and select "save target as" or "save link as". If you have an Apple computer, click the link whilst holding down the "option" key. You can then save the PDF where you want to store it on your computer.

Once downloaded, in order to view the document, you will need to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, or something similar program, installed on your computer.

Ugly animals have it rough. We're more likely to eat them or let them go extinct, and less likely to adopt them from animal shelters.
